If you avoid them by phone like we did, they will come out and sit outside your property until you come out. Then to get you to come to the hall they will go around and try and find as much untruth dirt as they can even if it is going back five years ago, they will also go to your old hall, and then set up a jc hearing. Trust me this is what happened to us. They will find young ones who are desperate for labels to willingly lie as well. And when you decide to tell the co to df you so you can appeal it for it was just such BS he won't for that means you would get three new brothers that will see it was just wrong. But hey, don't take my advice. You could play the health card like our friends from our old hall but eventually enough is enough. We just couldn't live a lie or we would end up like our one friend who thought hanging herself was a better way out. And she had almost a million dollars in her account but constantly had to deal with the rejection of her hall. Tell them you will call them when your hemeroids have shrunken!

Thank you all! I'm starting to think maybe that's why they wouldn't disfellowship me. They knew I could appeal it. Not a bad strategy. Next move is mine. I'm going to take a breather and let my accusers forget what they had said. Only the ones that were at my jc are the only ones that are invited to come back for round two. In the mean time I am trying to edit out the two times I had to go to the washroom as well as when I got into the car I cursed a bad word and they don't need to hear that. That's really not me. I will wait to see what my rights are. Just waiting back from the lawyer.
I mean seriously, if all the other accusers were a no show and everyone of the twenty-five accusers were all like minded that I discouraged the pioneers then what does that tell you folks? The accusers that had shown up at my hearing either got thrown out or couldn't remember. It's no wonder the others wouldn't come for there was no evidence period!
I had a bad day today emotionally and I will recooperate. Hey, I've had to live in a van at the auto wreckers for almost a year after runninig away from home at fifteen because of my father. I had to survive. This was not that bad since I wasn't in a desperate state like I was back when I was fifteen. Not knowing anyone and hitchhiking into town until I found an empty van to live in. Got one meal a day from a greek restaurant owner. Came down with mono and thought I was dying. Whew! Nothing seems as bad as that anymore. It was just so sad to see these elders hide behind these young kids. It wasn't the kids fault but the elders knew how we loved them. We have no kids of our own and couldn't believe the situation they were in. I mean they were shaking and crying and were even asking the elders what do they want them to say to me. They even came over to me and gave me a hug in the parking lot. I know they felt bad.
The elders got their reward in full. I've decided that I will not be giving the co my letter and tape recording but it will be going to the service department at the bethel. But I need time. When we're done cutting out those two parts then I will go in person and give it to the overseer there. If anything they need to see what really happens and probably won't do anything but maybe give the co an aaa kicking. I'de love it if the co's are trained not to listen to any recordings and bethel finds out this one asked for mine.
One other sad thing that happened was the one funeral I had to go to was a study of mine. She took her life. The family wants to know what happened with her almost eight hundred thousand dollars that she had. All her money plus her building( about 300,000.00) apparently went to a JW who had told her she could no longer come to any congregation picnics as long as she was smoking. I deeply felt disturbed for this gal for she knew of a sister who was able to have her study there and she was smoking and another gal who was being studied with for over two years, had two kids and was living common-law and she was able to go to this lame congregation picnic. This gal was also an alchoholic and drug abuser and never knew her real family. She had a horrible horrible life. And the sister who had studied with her had also studied with me until I told her no more. We would go over to her place on weekends and they would get drunk. One thing you don't do is talk poorly of an elders wife by stateing the true facts. Oh well, she's in a better place than all of us. To think we have to live to die.

Ding we tried. I had shown them two bibles where these bibles were revised the same year(1984) and at the two scriptures, the one had the brackets in and the other had the brackets out. The one elder didn't want to hear it and the other elder said he would research it and at the end of that conversation neither one wanted to look at it.
If they go to df my wife I will make sure I get her handicap sister on video stateing what she remembers about daddy and she points at her private area. This was infront of me and my wife and the rest of her nieces and sisterinlaw.
If the elders ask why is this all on the internet we can say isn't that what a public reproof is? It's for the whole public to know like they did to us in the hall. Except what we have to show and tell is the TRUTH!

The reason I believe why they left me in was one I love Jehovah and Jesus and two there were no witnesses to any of the twenty-five accusers. The co said the reason for this meeting was there were too many that had the same story or similar story. I said give me one witness or two that actually said they saw me say these thing and they couldn't. They had absolutely none for we never associated at their lame picnics, nor did we go anywhere out in service with these dummies. I ask the elder at my jc you must have seen that hubby and I were going out in service alone for the last two years and he said he noticed it yet he never asked why. That's on the tape. It was because of the gossip we were hearing. It was a load of BS. You know what guys, if I went back these goons would make sure I couldn't get my priveleges back for at least a year. They said they would lift them in two months.
They asked if I had seen the new dvd on the prodigal son and I said yeah, on youtube. All three stooges groaned out loud. This jc was extremely uncomfortable for me as well as humiliating. I now know what the congregation thought of me and I was right. For years I had this gut feeling that this was just for show and it was all fake. The elders asked me how can we get you to come back and be involved in the congregation not only when it comes to service and I thought what hall clean and DC stadium cleaning. Ummm, no! That was the only time they wanted to know us. Things of my childhood came out and there was no compassion. It was back to what I think of the elders and the pioneers. WOW!
At first they didn't want hubby in my jc for the holy spirit wouldn't be moved to direct the meeting but thank god he was there for I was saying sorry, I don't remember these accusations and then hubby would pipe up and say the reason you don't remember is because you didn't have those conversations that those conversations were with him and he would name the persons (who by the way weren't there) and when he said them.

We have a neighbor that said to call him and he will come over the next time one of these goons are stalking us. This is a neighbor that will either point a gun in their faces or get their two sons to punch them out if need be. As far as our fade went, we never faded, we just stopped going over a year ago with absolutely no visits or shepherding calls.
This is all over protecting a certain person in the hall who got away with a whole lot of illigal activity and we reported him. I'm almost positive the elders got their hands smacked for that one for a year later the guy was put on public reproof and this is when our witchhunt had started. It was a certain elders favorite pet and his click we stepped on and now it was payback time to us.
I can't figure out they had to private reproof me as well in front of three of the accusers which was that elder who had his testimony thrown out, the other kid who had his testimony thrown out and another kid who couldn't remember her story.
I still think I am going to send a copy of the tape in to the branch headquarters so they can see how this brand spanking new baby circuit overseer handled it. He grew up with abunch from this hall and is best friends with them.
I can't believe it when the elders told me that they would set the sample of showing my love when I come back. Yet the one that said that, his mother in law saw me yesterday and walked right pass me with her head down. She's one of the biggest gossips around. But I am willing to sit through this if it means that all of them will leave me alone now. Its funny how they hate you when your in and once your gone they want you back.
Yeah, the elders said that apostates like to give you questions where you can't find the answers. They said they just love posting their jc's on the internet. That we have to wait on Jehovah for when he gives a crumb to the Jesus and Jesus gives it to the fds and the fds gives it to the governing body and the gb gives it to us. WTH? And if we still can't understand it we just wait and be quiet. My old hall got a local needs on apostacy as well. You might as well as said I got df'd and they had spread this everywhere. I thought noone was suppose to know what your jc was for.

It did! And while this was going on we had to go to three funerals within two weeks and then this. How can these animals go to the doors and preach love and forgiveness and then live such a hateful life and practise hate? Satan is good at what he does.

It will go online if I get df'd for then I have nothing left to lose. I have a sister who's almost seventy and never married. I want to leave the lines open incase something seriously happens to her health wise where I would have to help look after her. She's on welfare with poor health now and noone goes to visit her. How someone can devote themselves to a group of men who ripped her off of life and the bare necessities. The sad part she is willing to live like this. But I do know for sure noone from her hall gives a rats ass about her for she has told me so. Right now she won't talk to me for I told her to look on youtube under trinity brochure and her voice got shaky and she accused me of shaking her faith. I think I scared her and that wasn't my intensions.

I could even prove that it was a witch hunt for there's a family in the hall that had called us to let us know what the elders told them about us behind our backs. The co was going to call them tonight but never did. I have it on tape an elder admitting he was wrong on the new light when he hunted my husband down, argued with him so hubby threw his hands in the air and walked away and this punk yells out at him your df'd. It almost felt like he got shot in the back.
I also told the co I would like to apply the scripture at Deuteronomy 19:15-20 plus 2 Corinthians 13:1 where if someone makes a false statement against someone then that person can do to him what he wanted done to you. And at the hand of two or three witnesses. I had witnesses as to how I encouraged the pioneers as well as the families that are willing to come forward and tell the co that the elders lied to us. The one elder actually had the balls to ask us if we would go the the families and let them know they weren't lying and we said you crapped in the toilet now you flush it yourselves!!!!!!!

I was charged with apostasy, malicous slander, lying, revileing. It was a kangaroo court. First accuser(ms) said I discouraged him from pioneering and gave two incidences. It got thrown out for those incidences were with my hubby. Second accuser said three times she couldn't remember and looked at the elder asking him the question what do you want me to say to her. Third accuser said I never said any names but he "felt" I was talking about a person because we drove past the persons parents house. Fourth accuser was an elder who said I had gossiped to him and his wife about something I said to an elder. Then he said I didn't gossip to him after all and that he was listening to a conversation I was having with an elder about that elder to his face. That got thrown out. Last accuser said she didn't know the context of the story but only remembered that she gave a comment that she was a pioneer. No story just that answer. WTH?
Elders said that their first prioriy worldwide is apostasy. They said that since the computer has come out, satan's tool, apostasie is running rampid for the last couple of years. Umm, hasn't the computer been around since the 70's?I wanted to say don't you mean since the new light? There were other families that got shepherding calls in the congregation for the same thing-asking questions! But their meetings weren't jc hearings like mine.
They said that the other seven couldn't come but the accusations were so wild. By the way, there was not one witness to these accusations. I called the co and gave him a transcript of the jc hearing. He read it and called the next day to say they had twenty-five accusers. I said how do you go from the beginning of the week with only four, half way through the week up to twelve and then when I wanted to appeal it, it was finally up to twenty-five accusers and where were the other thirteen accusers that were not mentioned during my hearing.
The dfing offences all got thrown out for there were no witnesses nor no accusers. Revileing was suppose to be that I jokingly nudged someone in the arm which was a lie. I don't do that to sisters. So it got thrown out. Oh, one other thing guys and gals, every last accusation that the elders had were dated back from three to five years ago. The accusers couldn't remember jack yet I had to give an answer in my defence to blah blah blah!
I asked the co why I couldn't appeal it and he said I have to be df'd first in order to appeal it. So I asked him to df me but he had to follow what the body of elders had decided. He couldn't help me but when I told him I had taped the whole meeting, he asked me if he could have the tape. I said I would have to ask my lawyer because here it's against the law to tape if you don't warn first. The elders said IF I have a recording device on me and I said yeah yeah they then said the meeting has to be kept confidential. Again, I said yeah yeah. So there you go, I said yeah yeah four times. I didn't lie. The co said he would like to listen to it and if he thought there was something wrong that he would right my wrong. Wait a minute, he had just finished telling me he couldn't help for the whole body was in agreement. That if one elder felt it wasn't fair and spoke up that the co would intervene. Whatever. I thought that you could appeal a public reproof since the repentent wrongdoer was repentent over a disfellowshipping act. The co told me you can't appeal over reproofs. When I called an elder yesterday and told him I wanted to appeal it and could I he said I could but then I could end up df'd. That they gave me the easy way out with a public reproofing.
The elders said be careful of the internet and that the apostates have old magazines of half truths on there. I had to try not to laugh at that one since I had two percocets and a thermos of half blueberry vodka at my side. I was helping the holy spirit
So in the end I got publically reproved over discourageing ones to pioneer over three years ago and it was only the two that got discouraged out of ten of them. These were the two that as soon as their hubbies were made ms's the pioneer wives got pregnant. The only advice I got from the co was just hang in there. I told him to tell our elders to leave us alone now. He said he will tell them.
On the way home that evening hubby said he blows off his jc and gets df'd and I go in sipping booze and getting stoned and gets a public reproof. WOW! The last three weeks of the elders hunting us down, sitting outside our property all morning, the phone calls ect... has tired me out. We had three funerals to go to this month and there was no compassion from these guys. So glad we're out.
